There is a multitude of ways in which you can help Hawaii's cats and the people who take care of them. Donating, whether financially or in kind, and volunteering quickly come to mind. This section offers information and links to information about donating, volunteering, and/or helping to fill our wish list.
While blind faith donations are spent as easily as those made after careful research, we encourage you to make the latter. To assist you in making informed giving decisions, we recommend reading some (or all, if you're interested) of the pages at Give.org, the web site for the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Wise Giving Alliance (a merger of the National Charities Information Bureau and the Council of Better Business Bureaus' Foundation and its Philanthropic Advisory Service).
At Give.org you will find information about the organization, which "...advances high standards of conduct among organizations that solicit contributions from the public."
If you're short on time, their section "Tips on Giving" is a short but worthwhile read.
